You can apply for an Official WhatsApp Business Account (OWBA) by following the required verification steps. Once your account is verified and approved, the Green Tick is automatically assigned. However, the approval is entirely at WhatsApp's discretion. Generally, notable and well-established brands have a higher chance of receiving the Green Tick.
